Delivery Requests
For clients that store with us in Napa, we will deliver your wine in 48 hours to destinations within a 25-mile radius of our facility. Please submit requests by 1 pm for 2-day service.

Napa Concierge Pickup & Collection Services

UOVO Wine Napa provides scheduled pickup routes across key wine regions, making it seamless to consolidate your collection.

To request a pickup, email our Concierge team at pickup@uovo.wine with your order ID, name, and the winery or fulfillment location. Your request will be included in the next applicable route.

Our South San Francisco facility also conducts monthly pickups from San Francisco retailers, with inter-facility shuttles operating twice per month.

Premier Storage

As a Premier client, your collection is managed by our team. Each bottle is received, cataloged, and organized in your online inventory account. When you’re ready to pull something from your account, simply pick up the phone or submit a request through your online account.

Our lounge is open during business hours and can also be reserved for evening events. We encourage clients to stop in throughout the day to relax, have a glass from their collection, or host an intimate gathering.
